For a more efficient clinic visit, it is helpful to do the following:<\/p>\n

  1. Fill out the New Patient Registration<\/a> which will create your personal medical record in the Patient Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to \u201cRequest Appointment\u201d and make an appointment on the Patient Portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Fill out your paperwork (located in \u201cQuestionnaires\u201d in the Patient Portal) prior to your appointment<\/li>\n
  4. Add a credit card (located in \u201cInvoices & Payment\u201d in the Patient Portal) to have more time to discuss your clinical issues. You will not be charged until the end of your appointment.<\/li>\n
