I started Gut Mend after I figured out how to alleviate my own debilitating gastrointestinal symptoms. Years ago, I had chronic nausea, abdominal bloating after eating, fatigue, difficulty concentrating, and I was even walking into walls! My wake up call came one day when I had to leave work — and was unable to help my patients — because I was so sick.

I started on a long journey for answers, which ended when I discovered the concepts of Functional medicine. Functional medicine allowed me to get to the root causes of my illness and eliminate them. I am now on a mission to help others with their gut issues because life is too short to feel miserable all the time.

My Approach

I am a minimalist in my approach. I have a micropractice which allows me to function with the basics I need. I, additionally, apply that approach to testing and supplements. I prefer to utilize the most important factors to get someone better.
