Evaluation and treatment of gut symptoms

For patients age 5 and up:

60 minute (in-person) new patient appointment will include:

  • Review of current complaints, life and medical history, lifestyle habits, etc.
  • Physical exam
  • Creation of a personalized action list

Price $450 (includes free, non-urgent messaging via the patient portal)

Get a $100 discount for filling out the following 3 documents in the “Questionnaires” section of the patient portal at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment:

  1.  Notice of Privacy Practices
  2.  Policies and Procedures
  3.  New Client Intake
New patient appointment prices take effect 7/1/25.  Pay $300 by making an appointment prior to that date AND filling out the above forms 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Follow up appointments (may be in-person or virtual):

  • 30 minutes $230
  • 60 minutes $430

Get a $25 discount for confirming medication and supplement lists on the patient portal anytime prior to the start of the appointment.  This can also be done by sending a portal message with a list of the current medications and supplements.

*Please note that if chronic prescription medications are needed, an in-person evaluation is required at least once yearly.
